For foreign participants, we strongly recommend that you buy a Suica card (a convenient
smart card that allows you to ride trains and buses and even shop with a single tap).
If you use an iphone, you can add a Suica Card directly to your Apple Wallet!
Otherwise, you can buy a Welcome Suica at the following locations:
JR EAST Travel Service Center or Welcome Suica vending machine (Narita Airport
Terminal 1,2,3 Station or Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Station).

Journal of Automatica Sinica Conference (APM&JAS 2024) will be held on December
2-6,
2024.
It focuses on the new ideas, research and works in progress within the fields of
Advanced
Manufacturing, Robotics, Automation, and Information Processing.
Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit full regular papers of their work to Email: apmjas2024@gmail.com.

English is the working language of the conference.
It is strongly recommended to use the set of templates
in MS Word and LaTeX
formats provided by IEEE.
All accepted original papers, which must be presented at the conference, will be
recommended to the IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica (IEEE/CAA JAS)
as
Letters (3 pages) or to Journal of Advanced Computational Intelligence and
Intelligent
Informatics (JACIII) as full papers when passing peer review.

If you need a VISA to attend the conference, please first visit the website (Ministry of foreign affairs of Japan) to check what documents you need to apply for a visa, and then send an email to apmjas2024@gmail.com. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
